Terms & Conditions
Antalyadrive Antalya · Antalya, Turkey · Last updated 23 August 2026
The short version
Antalyadrive Antalya is a comparison and referral service, not a car rental company. We list live offers from independent rental suppliers in Antalya through the LocalRent platform. When you book, your rental contract is with the supplier named on your voucher, and their conditions govern the car, the insurance, the deposit and the handover. The full terms below explain what that means in practice.
1. Who we are
Antalyadrive Antalya operates the website antalyadrive.com, a car hire comparison and booking referral service for Antalya, Turkey. We are not a rental company. We do not own, insure or maintain vehicles, we hold no fleet, and we do not employ the people who hand you the keys in the arrivals hall at Antalya Airport or outside a hotel in Lara or Side.
Every offer on this site comes from an independent local rental company in Antalya and is made bookable through the LocalRent platform. Roughly 975 cars from those suppliers are listed at the time of writing. By searching, comparing or booking through this website you accept the terms set out on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Your contract is with the local supplier
When a booking is completed, the rental agreement is concluded between you (the main driver, together with any additional drivers you name) and the local supplier shown on your voucher, arranged through the LocalRent platform. Antalyadrive Antalya is not a party to that agreement and cannot vary it.
The supplier's own rental conditions, together with the law of Turkey, govern the rental itself: the condition and class of the vehicle, the insurance in place, any security deposit, the fuel policy, mileage limits, late returns, and what happens after damage, theft or a traffic fine. Read the conditions attached to your chosen offer before you confirm, because they differ from one supplier to the next.
3. What our service covers, and what it does not
The line between our role and the supplier's role matters most when something goes wrong, so we state it plainly.
We do this
- Show live availability and prices from local Antalya suppliers, quoted in EUR
- Let you filter by class, deposit, cancellation policy and mileage terms
- Pass your booking request to the LocalRent platform and the chosen supplier
- Publish guidance on driving, pickup points and local conditions
We do not do this
- Supply, insure, service or hand over any vehicle
- Take payment for the rental or hold your card details
- Guarantee one exact model, since bookings are made by car class
- Override a supplier's deposit, insurance or cancellation rules
4. Using this website
You may use this site to search, compare and request car hire offers for private or business travel. You agree not to scrape it with automated tools, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit false names, dates or flight numbers. We may withdraw access where misuse is detected.
Editorial content is published for guidance and can date. Distances such as the 13 km between Antalya Airport and the city centre, or the 75 km run east to Side, are given as planning approximations rather than navigation instructions. Always follow current road signs and local traffic rules.
5. Prices, currency and what a rate includes
Rates are displayed in EUR and are drawn from each supplier's live availability at the moment you search. They can move up or down until a booking is confirmed, and seasonal demand in Antalya makes summer rates noticeably higher than winter ones. Economy cars currently start from about EUR 20 per day and the median listed rate sits near EUR 43 per day; those figures describe the market on this site, not a price we guarantee to any individual booking.
Each offer page states what its daily rate includes. Optional extras such as an additional driver, a child seat or upgraded cover are priced separately and shown before you confirm. Costs you settle locally in Turkish lira, including fuel, parking, tolls and traffic penalties, sit outside the quoted rate.
6. Booking confirmation and payment
Selecting a car creates a booking request. The booking exists once you receive a voucher naming the supplier, the car class, the pickup point and time, the return details and the price. Check that voucher as soon as it arrives and tell us or the supplier straight away if anything on it is wrong, because it is the document the driver works from at handover.
Antalyadrive Antalya does not collect payment for rentals. Any prepayment, reservation fee or balance due is handled by the supplier or by the LocalRent platform under the payment terms shown on the offer, and the remainder is normally settled at the car. Card details are never processed or stored by this website.
7. Changes, cancellation and no-shows
Cancellation rights belong to the offer you choose, and 698 of the cars listed here currently carry free cancellation. The deadline and any fee appear on the offer page and again on your voucher. Requests to change a date, a time or a pickup point go through the contact channel printed on the voucher and depend on availability at the new time.
If you do not appear at the agreed place and time and have not contacted the supplier, the booking may be treated as a no-show and any prepayment retained under the supplier's terms. A delayed flight is not a no-show: give your flight number when booking so the supplier can track the real landing time and meet the aircraft.
8. Driver requirements and documents
Every driver needs a valid licence, held for the minimum period stated on the offer, plus a passport or national identity document. Minimum age and young-driver conditions are set by each supplier and shown with the car. Licences issued outside Turkey may need an International Driving Permit alongside them, and licences in a non-Latin script usually do.
Anyone who will drive must be named on the rental contract before taking the wheel, since an unnamed driver is not covered. Traffic in Turkey drives on the right. If the documents presented at handover do not meet the supplier's requirements, the supplier may refuse the car, and refunds in that case follow the supplier's terms rather than ours.
9. Insurance, deposits and damage
Insurance cover, the excess that applies to it and any security deposit are supplier terms, stated on each offer and forming part of your rental contract. Deposit practice varies widely in Antalya: 467 of the cars listed here are bookable with no deposit at all, while others place a hold on a card at handover and release it after the return.
Inspect the car together with the supplier at pickup and again at return. Photograph existing marks, confirm the fuel level written on the contract, and make sure anything you find is recorded in writing before you drive away. Disputes about damage, fuel, tolls or fines are matters between you and the supplier. We are not able to decide them, though we will pass on contact details and follow up in good faith.
10. Mileage, fuel and where the car may go
Mileage terms differ by offer. There are 277 cars listed with unlimited mileage; the rest carry a daily allowance with a stated charge for each extra kilometre. Fuel is usually handled full-to-full or like-for-like, so the level you receive is the level you return.
Some suppliers restrict where their cars may be taken, including unpaved roads and any crossing of the national border. A long day out along the D400 to Side or west to Kemer is ordinary use, but if you plan something further, confirm it with the supplier first. Driving outside the permitted territory can void the insurance.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for running this comparison service with reasonable care and for presenting supplier offers as they are given to us. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of rental suppliers or of the LocalRent platform, for a vehicle being unavailable at handover, for mechanical failure, for accidents or penalties during your rental, or for indirect losses such as a missed hotel night or onward flight.
The website is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error, and we may change or withdraw pages without notice. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Affiliate disclosure
Antalyadrive Antalya earns a commission from the booking platform or the supplier when a rental is completed through this site. That commission is paid out of the supplier's own margin and adds nothing to the price you are quoted. Booking through us costs the same as booking the identical car directly.
13. Intellectual property
The text, page layouts, imagery and other material published on antalyadrive.com belong to Antalyadrive Antalya or to its licensors. You are welcome to read the pages, print them for your own trip and link to them. Republishing, bulk copying or reusing this content elsewhere requires our written permission. Supplier names, vehicle manufacturer names and their logos remain the property of their owners and appear here only to identify the cars on offer.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as our service, our supplier arrangements or the applicable law change. The version published on this page at the moment you make a booking is the version that governs that booking, and the date at the top of the page shows when the current text took effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Contact us
Questions about these terms, about a booking made through this site, or about anything that is unclear above are best sent by email. Include your voucher reference and the pickup date so we can find the booking quickly. For an issue with the car itself, contacting the supplier on the number printed on your voucher is always the fastest route.
